Everything works, a little slow but acceptable, I don't understand the smb 1 protocol WHY!!! It took me 3 days for Windows 11 to recognize the samba disk. I hope this is a software bug. The rest is great.

Up front, this uses a yearly subscription. I haven't been able to use that part yet, because I don't have the funds right this second.Build wise, this is a beast. It's beautiful from a tech stand point. Easy to install the NAS drive. It needs an NAS drive, not a normal hard drive. That's key here.Plug it in, connect to the network and follow the rest of the instructions. It works perfectly fine as long as you have the right items and set it up properly.Nice to have a secure place to share things without worrying the major companies servers and such may go down and I lose everything.This version fits a 3.5 or normal desktop drive. There is a 2.5 inch drive version. Maybe sure you are buying the right one for your needs.Overall recommended. Just be patient when setting it up, could become still, but worth it.
