Works as expected, easy to get started, looks great.
This product works perfectly for HDD 2,5/3,5with the button on the front face and simultaneously with an M2 SATA or a M2 NVME SSD. MicroSD cards are read perfectly. This product is a must have to read all different type of storage devices. HDD and SSD are very well protectedin the case. The magnetic cover allowed us to change by another SSD or HDD easily.
Great product out of the box. Packaging was well wrapped to keep the product secure. Haven't had one complain about the product.
This docking station was delivered in a week and arrived on 2 Dec 2025.
I could not connect the docking station to 2 monitors so I approached Orico Support. Unfortunately, the problem has not been solved up to now from Orico Support. I hope Orico Support can solve this problem soon.
Plus points for customer service noting that I had ordered the US plug, but lived in Europe. Mistake corrected. The unit arrived in reasonable time. Installation was simple, though I noted to customer service that the heat dissipation items mentioned in the manual were not included. I did not notice this as an option at the time of ordering, nor now as an individual purchase option. I don't know how well general devices available from, say, Amazon would fit into the space in the drive bays.
With regards to the device itself, I am still transferring data to the NVMe drives from hard disks. I presume that the data transfer rate is low due to the speed of the HD's. The power supply seems to have hiccuped twice, which needed some user interaction, but has been much better since these initial problems. As the title says, it's still early days.
Wow, so easy to setup, I had a old NAS drive with 5 bays but the stopped the support, I took the drives out and put them in the enclosure,, reformatted them and good to go.
All were 4tb and changed out two with22TB drives and all is working great!!
Excellent product. High build quality.
Fan could be quieter. Even when the disks are off, the fan continues to blow. Unnecessary, I think.
The company kept in touch with me during the entire transaction. Unfortunately, they were out of the product I originally ordered. They offered the same product but, in a different color and I received it quickly.

Build quality quite nice for the price, but the edges at each for corners are a bit sharp, but not dangerously so.
Can't get the enclosure to work. Have swapped with an older power supply and that seems to do the trick
