Gets hot does not sleep

Very disappointing, this gets very hot even when it is not being accessed and constantly consumes at least 5 w of power. USELESS, have tried on 2 occasions to contact Orico by email to ask if this is a faulty unit but no reply as yet.

I have tried to use their chat line - but there is no response there either.
Cleasrly they do not have a working customer support option. Not at all impressed by the total lack of response.
