Account Registration
In order to shop online with Oricotechs, you must first register an account. Signing up for a Orico Online account is very easy. Simply visit our create user account page and fill in the necessary information. Double check your information before registering. Once you create the account, you will be sent a confirmation email.

Stock Availability
As long as there is no indication of out-of-stock products, there are products that can be sent out. If you placed an order for an item that is not in stock at our warehouse, please expect a delay until we can either bring in new stock or have stock transferred in from another location. Items that are out of stock entirely (not available at any of our retail locations), will need to be ordered from our supplier(s). Due to stock variances, limited quantity available and unforeseeable errors, stock levels may be inaccurate.

Placing Your Order
Login to your account and browse through our website, adding to your shopping cart the product(s) you wish to purchase. You may also utilize guest checkout. ORICOTechs reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock availability or information errors.

Order Processing
Please note that financial institutions take 1-3 business day to process your transaction. It will take 1-2 business days to confirm your payment and shipping information. Once confirmed, your order will be shipped within 1 business day if all items are in stock.

Order Status
To check online order status, login to account and navigate to Your Orders. For guest checkout order status, click here to contact customer service online.

Making Changes
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. If eligible for cancel order request, customer may cancel. In the event the order was processed, refer to returns and exchanges.

 

Q:Will my moneybe safe when purchasing on Oricotechs.com?

A: We cooperate with authorities in 3rd-party certification to protect you when making purchases (SSL to secure the web environment and Adyen to ensure payment security). We also select reliable delivery partners to ensure your products reach you on time.

 

Q:I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

A: We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.


Q: What if one of the items I had ordered online is now on back-order/unavailable?

A: If 1 or more items are on back-order after an online purchase has been processed, the customer will be contacted to either change or void their order.



Q: Do you accept online credit card payments?

A: Yes. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments online.

 

Q: Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route,but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.
Notes:
If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.
If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. Orico will not replace the order or issue a refund.


Q: How do I track my order?

A: You may track your order on our website under Your Orders or Manage Order, in addition we will email to you the tracking number information.



Q: Who pays for return shipping costs?

A:For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.


Q: What is the return and exchange process?

A: First, contact Oricotechs's customer support team service@orico.cc to get started. They will verify the problems you’re experiencing, provide troubleshooting solutions, and ask for order-related information. It’s necessary to return the item.


Q: When will I receive my refund?

A: Once your package reaches us, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. If you have any questions or need additional support with your refund, please contact service@orico.cc.


Q: Do I need to keep any of the boxes for returns and refunds?

A: Yes, returns must include all accessories and the original packaging.
