If your product turns out to have a defect during its warranty period, please contact us via email supports@oricotechs.com and let us know what we can do to help you.This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

We are committed to providing you with high-quality products. All our products are rigorously tested and inspected before leaving our warehouse. However, if you experience any issues with your electronic product within the first 30 days after purchase, we offer a warranty to help you resolve the problem.

What does this warranty cover?

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in ORICO’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

  • Returns must include all accessories
  • Items must include original packaging
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, ORICO refunds the cost of the product itself
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through ORICOTECHS online stores, please contact retailers for refunds.

What does the warranty not cover?

This warranty does not cover:

• Improper use or installation

• Cosmetic damage

• Damage due to acts of nature. For example: lightning strikes, tornadoes and similar

• Accidents

• Misuse

• Negligence

• Commercial use

• Modifications to any part of the product, including the antenna

• Connection to an incorrect voltage supply

• Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility
