Customers with an order value of $39.99 or more will receive free standard shipping.
Standard Shipping Fee
For orders with a value under $39.99, the standard shipping fee is $10.00.

2.Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
International Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery time is 7-14 days after dispatch.
International Express Shipping
Estimated delivery time is 3-7 days after dispatch, subject to additional charges.

3.Order Cancellation or Modification
If you have ordered the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at service@orico.cc to cancel or modify your order. You can cancel or modify your order free of charge before it is dispatched.
To ensure timely processing, once the package leaves our warehouse, no cancellations or modifications can be made. If you need to return an item, you may do so after receiving the package, but ORICO will not cover the return shipping costs.
4.Taxes and Duties
All products sold through oricotechs.com are exclusive of taxes and duties. You will only be charged for the product price and shipping fees.
Additional taxes, duties, or customs fees may apply depending on the destination country's policies. The customer is responsible for these fees, including customs clearance fees, local shipping charges, or administrative fees.
5.Package Tracking
All orders will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once the tracking number is generated, it may take 3-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated. You can track your package using the provided tracking number and link.
Due to international shipping, updates on tracking information may experience delays.
Detailed tracking information will typically be updated once the package reaches the destination country.

6.Lost or Abnormal Packages
If your package is lost during transit, ORICO will offer a free reshipment. Please contact customer support at service@orico.cc for assistance.
ORICO is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please ensure your address is accurate when placing the order.
If multiple items are purchased in a single order, ORICO may ship them separately depending on stock availability, so items may not arrive in the same package.
ORICO is not liable for any delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
