The package arrived and had been opened. Must have been a returned one. I sent 3 emails regarding the fan operation to support but no one returns my emails. No phone number to call.
Although I received this item as a free gift but the quality of this cable is good.
The transfer speed is fast and I’m happy with this item. Is convenient to bring along while traveling due to the small size and big capacity. Will consider to purchase the second piece.
Everything works, a little slow but acceptable, I don't understand the smb 1 protocol WHY!!! It took me 3 days for Windows 11 to recognize the samba disk. I hope this is a software bug. The rest is great.

As i confirmed from them that i can use it with iphone 12 with just correct cords, unfortunately, it did not work. Used 3 different cords and sent video to them. They did not gave the refund. Lost 89USD for this 🤦🏼♀️ what a disappointment!

Looks sleek, feels premium. Haven't used it long enough to test durability, but first impressions are positive.
Poor documentation lets this down, have no idea how to use it, it does not show up as a nas drive in windows, no info on how to access , do you need the app on each device. Info supplied is inadequte and hard to understand. Tried to transfer data using the app, no idea what its doing, it says copying but nothing happens.
Cute and works great. The shipment included only a UK power adapter so I had buy a US power adapter separately.

Fan is a little noisy under heavy load, but overall performance is stable. Definitely better than my previous NVMe-only dock.
